Ceiling Fan Installation

A ceiling fan does more than just add style to a room; it also improves air circulation, making heating and cooling in any area of the house more effective and efficient. Leading Edge Electric will help you select the ideal ceiling fan for your needs, whether you have high, sloped, or low ceilings, or if you need an integrated light or remote controls.

Already have a ceiling fan?  Technological design advancements have created new lines of ceiling fans that have quieter motors, are more energy efficient, and have expanded selection of design elements to suit your style preferences. From replacing an outdated ceiling fan to adding one in a new location, Leading Edge Electric is ready to help you improve the air circulation and comfort in your home.

Hot Tub Wiring

Electrical work and water are a dangerous mix without proper installation. Many larger hot tubs and spas (anything other than small single person tubs that come with a standard plug-in) require a dedicated GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) for safe installation. Leading Edge Electric will be sure your hot tub or spa wired safely according to local building codes.

EV (Electric Vehicle) Charging Station

You did it! You ended the dinosaur tyranny over your motor vehicle and went “green.” If that shiny new green machine requires a Level 1 EV charger, you are in the clear, as Level 1 simply requires a standard 120v wall outlet. If your vehicle requires a Level 2 charger, a licensed electrician will need to get involved with your plans. Level 2 charges require a 240v circuit directly wired from your electrical panel. This installation is one of the more dangerous wirings to attempt without the knowledge possessed by the licensed expert. For your personal safety, the safety of your home, and for the safety of your new vehicle, please call Leading Edge Electric so we can protect the safety of you and your home, as well as get your car fully charged and back on the road.

Always Hire a Professional

No matter how urgent an electrical repair may seem, it is extremely dangerous to attempt solving electrical problems without professional training. If you or someone else are not injured or killed during your attempt, there is still a great chance that that something was done incorrectly, posing a dangerous risk to you, your home, or your family. Faulty electrical wiring is the number one cause of house fires in the United States, according to the National Fire Protection Agency. To ensure the safety of your home and loved ones, always rely on a licensed professional for any electrical services. Hire a professional. Your life and safety of your property depend on it.
